By downloading, installing, or using our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the games.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the games for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit any part of the games.
Some features may be available through in-app purchases processed by Google Play. All payments and refunds are handled according to Google Play’s policies. We do not store payment details.

All original content, artwork, logos, game design, and software created by CDBoxgaming are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The games may include audio, music, sound effects, images, fonts, or other creative assets that are licensed under royalty-free, commercial-use, or similar licenses.
Such assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with the terms of their licenses. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to extract, reuse, redistribute, or separately exploit any third-party or licensed assets included in the games.
The games are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDBoxgaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the games.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the games if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the games after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
